Process an online order

Online orders have their own fulfilment lifecycle. Do not treat them as an immediate counter sale.

Steps

1. Open the order and review the payment and fulfilment information.
2. Accept or reject the order using the available lifecycle action.
3. After acceptance, prepare the order for delivery or pickup.
4. Complete the order only through the valid lifecycle action, then reconcile the order and payment records.
