Set up your online store

Online selling is a staged setup: public store details, eligible products, a payment option and fulfilment choices all need to work together.

Steps

  1. Complete or return to Online Selling onboarding and confirm the store details.
  2. Review Website Settings for your public storefront identity and content.
  3. Publish eligible products and ensure they have fulfilment stock.
  4. Choose a checkout payment path. Cash on Delivery can be a baseline option; M-Pesa requires activation for your business.
  5. Enable delivery, pickup or both, then review online readiness before sharing the store.
