Why was wholesale price not applied?

Wholesale price is calculated from the selected customer, the product rules and the quantity in the sale.

Steps

  1. Select the named qualifying wholesale customer before checking the price.
  2. Confirm the product has a wholesale price and any required minimum quantity is met.
  3. Check whether a customer-specific active price is configured.
  4. Review the final line price before completing the sale.
